Yvonne Nelson a former Miss Ghana contestant, entered onto the Ghanaian movie scene with big-screen roles in Princess Tyra and Playboy.
Yvonne Nelson quickly became one of the “it” girls in the Ghanaian Movie Industry. After a short hiatus, Yvonne proved her versatility as an actress by starring in the movie Girls connection and Crime to Christ.
. . . I want to create some form of awareness to educate the average Ghanaian about this disease, most people haven’t even heard about it especially those in the rural areas. I believe every Ghanaian deserves to know their status in order to live a healthier life accordingly, will work hand in hand with doctors to spread the word.Will organise screening services with selected hospitals and doctors to help out.as at today, 600,000 Ghanaians are reported to be suffering from glaucoma so I urge every one to go for screening to check. God has given as a wonderful life and world so lets take care of our eyes to experience and enjoy His creation and works.THE EYE IS OUR BODY’S CAMERA. It pictures, records, stores and play what we see . . .
