Vodafone Ghana's Latest Broadband Packages of Browser, Streamer and Downloader

According to their website:

Everyone wants something different from the internet. Vodafone knows this and that’s why on our upgraded 3G network with three special packages designed especially for you and your browsing needs!

If you’re a light browser who logs on to check emails, log on to Facebook and Twitter and chat with friends, then the Browser Package will meet your needs and keep you online. For the more frequent surfer who enjoys streaming videos on YouTube, having video chats with friends, the Streamer Package is more than enough to satisfy your internet needs.

And for the user whose needs go beyond streaming and chatting, the Downloader Package provides you with just what you need. Download tones of movies, music and e-books in addition to surfing and streaming.

It’s my hope that these new Vodafone packages would benefit the average Ghanaian Internet user.

These packages, especially the broadband are utterly ridiculous. why put a limit on band with. why not just give a fixed charge for the using the internet for 30 days. Which fool came out with the idea of putting a limit on the bandwidth.

Paying about $75 dollars for 5 GB of data not only thwarts the ideals of the internet, but also adds an insult the good people of Ghana. We know you are cheating us.

We know that MTN, Vodafone, Tigo, Expresso, Airtel and … are robbin us. We’re patiently waiting for glo then we’ll see.

Change your behaviour and we might reconsider you.

I have just suscribed to VodafoneMobile WiFi Booadband. The speed is far better compared to others but the prices charged for the various bands are cut-throat. It sems All Communication Service Providers are collaborating to CHEAT the good people of Ghana.

These crooks calling themselves Vodafone from the gay loving leader’s country of UK are robbing and extorting our hard earned moneys. Even if you have a legitimate complain, they are always unwilling to entertain it and accordingly refuse, not fail to see to its resolution. They are thieves and deserve more jail terms than a common goat thief. These xenophobes wanted to dictate to us in our own land, and are enjoying more privileges than the real indigens. You guys should put your houses in order, else you will be facing a revolt very soon. Some of us are willing to sacrifice our life to take what belongs to us back, you called us alvages but clandestinely stealing our resources and now overtly trying to recolonize us from your stinking gay-infested country. Watch out!

How does one get technicians of Vodafone to keep to their word after taking money from customers to make broadband connections in homes in the Adenta -Madina area?
The promotion said it would be fixed 10 days after payment for the service but what do we see? The most discouraging aspect is that no one seems to be in charge. Have I been swindled?

After connecting us to the broadband our phone line has been blocked. We have called the office at Teshie to complain several times and they have promised to rectify the situation but upto date nothing has been done. You make a call and the response is “your line has been blocked call 100 for assistance. I call 100 follow the voice prompt but then it also tells me sorry” what is going?
    My no. is 0302 715824

On their website, it only says that the fixed modem price stats from GH 70. Over here, youi have quoted two prices for each fixed broadband plan. So does it mean we who pay GH 45 will not be made to pay GH 70? Please clarify where you got this info from since their website is quoting diffrent prices al together.
